The Khami reservoir in one of the selected Oil Field, in SW of Iran in Dezful Embayment was investigated in view of reservoir zonation and modeling using RMS software. This reservoir consists of Fahlyan, Gadvan and Daryan formations and can be divided into 11 zones. The reservoir may be classified as a carbonate reservoir type. To provide used data in constructing mapping and petrophysical modeling of the Khami reservoir performed in different stages such as remove scatter data, remove trend, transfer data, geological girding, determine spatial structure of data. On the basis of geophysical information and petrophysical data, structural and petrophysical models of the reservoir were constructed. By using these models and the average porosity, water saturation and N/G thickness maps of all zones, the in- situ fluid volume of the reservoir is estimated to be 402 billion barrel (bbl).
